Shipping Information:
Shipping is provided by UPS Ground and usually takes from 2 - 5 business days depending on where the item is shipping to.
Returns:
Since an electronic proof is provided to each client* before we proceed with printing, we are not responsible for layout or typographical errors once a proof has been approved by the customer. No returns or credits will be made in these instances.
If a product has a defect in the printing of the product we will require you to return the item to us before any reprinting can occur.
* Designs and files that are submitted to us as "ready to print" are not subject to proof. We are not responsible for incorrect color(s) specified, typographical errors, overcompressed files & images etc. These items will reprinted only if there is a defect in the printing of the product.
